Support
Contact LivHub
One address for account, content, payment, safety and technical issues — what it covers, what to put in the first message, and what never to send anyone.
The one address
LivHub runs a single support channel rather than a maze of forms. Account questions, content review, payment problems, safety reports and policy queries all go to the same place: [email protected].
Using the official channel is not bureaucracy — it is how a request gets matched to a real account and assessed properly, and it is the difference between reaching us and reaching someone impersonating us.
What it covers
- Account and login
- Login failures, access problems, password reset or email verification trouble, account restrictions, suspicious activity, and updating account information.
- Content and profile review
- Avatar, nickname, bio or profile review issues; content that was removed, limited or rejected; questions about a moderation outcome; concerns about how visible your public content is.
- Messaging, matching and calls
- Chat availability, matching problems, voice or video call failures, and reports of harassment, abuse or suspicious behaviour.
- Payments and purchases
- Payment failures, unusual order status, coins, VIP, gifts or benefits that did not arrive, purchased content you cannot access, and other order questions.
- Policies and safety
- Privacy policy and terms of service questions, and reports of fraud, impersonation or underage risk.
What to include
A first message with these in it usually gets an answer instead of a request for more information:
- The account involved — enough to identify it, such as the registered email address or the display name.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- When it happened, roughly, and on which device and browser.
- For a payment issue: the order reference, the amount, and the date.
- For a report about another user: where the interaction happened and anything that would let it be found again.
What never to send
Never send your password, a verification code, or full payment card details — not to this address, not to anyone claiming to be support, not to anyone at all. Nobody here will ever ask you for them, and a request for any of the three is proof you are talking to the wrong person.
Messages claiming to be official support arrive through other channels sometimes. Treat anything that arrives unrequested with suspicion, and check it against this page before acting on it. Impersonation is covered under the community guidelines.
Things that should not wait for an email
Anything involving a minor goes through child safety, which is read as the highest priority category. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — a support email does not reach anyone faster than a phone call to the police.
Copyright and trademark complaints have their own required elements, listed on the copyright page.
Policy questions are welcome here too. If something on the privacy policy or terms of service reads as unclear, that is worth telling us about.
